What does WiseStay take care of?
Our management covers property onboarding, listings, pricing, reservations, guest communication, housekeeping and maintenance coordination. Your proposal sets out the services and responsibilities for your property.
Can I still stay in my own property?
Yes. You can reserve available dates for yourself, family or friends through your Owner Portal. Plan personal stays around confirmed guest bookings and let the team know your preferences.
How will I see what is happening?
Your dedicated Owner Portal gives you visibility over booking activity, your calendar and property performance. Our team can walk you through the information available to you.
What are the management fees?
Fees and included services are set out in your management agreement. Request an assessment to discuss a proposal for your home and clarify which running costs remain your responsibility.
